Traffic Data Extractor is a free program designed for the purpose of data extraction for the Development of Indian Highway Capacity Manual Project. The package contains tools for vehicle trajectory extraction, speed extraction and vehicle counting from a video based survey. It can be used for pedestrian data extraction also.
